Student Leaders lift the lid on...

Wini Melo —

In this corner of the newsletter your Three Kings School House Leaders and Class Representatives will be stepping out into our school community to find out more about the people who make Three Kings School such a great place to be.

This week we will be interviewing two of our wonderful syndicate leaders Mrs Gray and Mrs Marjoribanks.

Mrs Majoribanks

1. What do you like to do in the weekends?

She enjoys knitting…….. lots and lots of knitting!

2. Where did you go to school and what was your favourite subject?

Mrs Majoribanks went to Steiner Senior College and her favourite subject was Art.

3. Where is your favourite holiday destination and what do you like to do there?

Tongariro National Park where Mrs Majoribanks can go on really cold walks wearing her knitting and waiting for it to snow.

4. What is the best part of being a syndicate leader for Kowhai Syndicate?

She thinks the best part of being a syndicate leader is making sure all the Year 3 and 4 children are happy and having the opportunity to visit the Kowhai Syndicate classrooms. In her own classroom, Mrs Majoribanks likes teaching writing and art. She wouldn’t have her Molly in her class as she just wants to be her Mum.

Mrs Gray’s favourite Friday night dinner is pizza or toasted sandwiches. But she also loves dark chocolate and rum and raisin ice cream.

4. What do you enjoy most about being a Year 6 teacher?

Mrs Gray really enjoys all the kids at Three Kings School and the fact that everyday there is something different to enjoy.
