If you are interested in being involved in shaping the future of Three Kings School, we’d be very keen to hear from you. Made up of five elected parent representatives, a staff elected representative and the school’s principal, the board of trustees provides strategic governance. It is accountable for the performance of the school, with the primary focus being the improvement of educational achievement. 

After several years of service, including periods spent as Chair, board members Ben Youdan and Brenda McNaughton are stepping down. The board, on behalf of the school community, would like to thank Ben and Brenda for their hard work and dedication. 

Rather than hold a by-election, the board have opted instead to select replacement trustees. The selection process is preferable as it allows us to quickly appoint members possessing the skills or background currently sought. The initial term of the roles would be until the next triennial election, scheduled to be held next year. 

If you have a strong interest in helping us achieve our strategic goals of providing an equitable education, building strong connections with our local community, and inspiring students across the whole curriculum, then please consider this opportunity to become involved. Casual vacancy for elected trustees

Casual vacancies have arisen on the board of trustees for two elected parent representatives. The board has resolved under section 105 of the Education Act 1989 to fill the vacancies by selection. If ten percent or more of eligible voters on the school roll ask the board, within 28 days of this notice being published, to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held. Any eligible voter who wishes to ask the board to hold a by-election should write to:
