We have been impressed in the first week with the relationships that John has started to build and his child centered leadership approach.

A few words from Mr Waller:

I have been teaching both in New Zealand and the UK for nearly 20 years. I have taught in year 2 through to year 8 and everything in between. I have a real passion for teaching and learning and have spent the last few years of my career leading curriculum development as the year 7 dean at Auckland Normal Intermediate school and most recently the Deputy Principal at Stanley Bay School.

Away from school I am Rugby League fanatic riding the Warriors roller coaster and following my team from the UK Sheffield Eagles. I am also little bit of a board game geek! I am hugely excited about starting at Three Kings School and really looking forward to working with the vibrant community.
