A Day at Kiwi Valley Farm
Our Year 2s headed out to Henderson to learn about animals
Last week, our Year 2 students had a wonderful trip to Kiwi Valley Farm! They fed friendly farm animals, explored the petting nursery, and enjoyed a fun tractor and horse ride. It was a fantastic hands-on experience and showed the importance of being kind to animals and each other! Let’s see what the students had to say about their favorite moments!

"Yesterday morning I went on a grey tractor rode. It was so slow and was noisy. I saw another group by pushing up the big group. I was not sure what they were doing. Suddenly, I saw an old Rhino/ The Rhino's horn was mega, mega pointy and razor sharp! Soon I saw a feathery Ostrich and it was in its pen"
