Hi Everyone. We hope 2023 is treating you well so far. Home and School has lots going on this year so I've tried to give you a brief run-down here but if you are unsure about anything, please email us at hands@northloburn.co.nz.

Members wanted! - Always! We have lots of different activities needing a helping hand throughout the year so if you are keen to help out, please come to our AGM (details below) or see Andrea (H&S Treasurer) in the school office.

Next Meeting - Our AGM - Thursday 16th February 7pm in the Staffroom. All welcome. There might be nibbles...! We try to keep our meetings brief and infrequent!

Fundraisers - we usually try to have at least one big fundraiser and a few little ones each year. This year we have two big fundraisers - a Critter Hunt (mid year kids hunting competition) and a Plant Sale (spring) dates for both to be confirmed. We are looking for helpers for both, you don't need to join Home and School but if you are interested or able to help with either (or both) please get in touch.

We also have another Naked Baker fundraiser on the schedule after the success of last year's one. There will be our usual Easter Egg hunt for the kids, a raffle sometime, winter lunches using LunchOnline and barbecues at various events.

BBQ Lunch - Week 3 - to give you all a break from making lunches we are running a barbecue lunch on Friday 17th February (Week 3). To order, please go to the LunchOnline website (lunchonline.co.nz) and Log In or Create an Account if it's your first time.

Uniform Cupboard - we have a second hand uniform cupboard in the back of the hall. We run an honesty system where you may help yourself to items from the cupboard and pay in cash at the office, or use online banking to deposit directly into the Home and School bank account (03 1582 0090580 000) with uniform as the reference.
