Last week was our first Kapa Haka practice for the term with Matua Norm and Bonnie. We began to learn Tūtira Mai Nga Iwi and Haere Mai, along with the corresponding actions. We're looking forward to learning our own school haka over the course of this year that has been gifted to us by Maaka Tau. We can't wait until we are able to perform these to an audience!
