The TBHS 1st XI Hockey and St Bede’s 1st XI drew 3-3 in Ashburton after an electric SSP match to finish the round robin section.

 Both teams will be more than happy with the quality of play, with the final minute deciding the outcome of the game. It was a fitting way for Ethan Tyree to see out his 100th game for the 1st XI.

Congratulations to St Bede’s who are the holders of the Connetics Challenge Shield for the summer - it was an incredible effort to go through the round robin without a loss. They will go on to face either Christ’s College or Christchurch Boys’ High School in next week’s semi-final. TBHS will be travelling to Christchurch to take on St Andrew’s College in the 2v3 semi-final.
