This year we had the Hill family present a new trophy (Hill Family Trophy) in memory of their late son George who passed away in March this year at the young age of 17.  George was a high achiever in the Arts at Timaru Boys' High School.  This cup is awarded to a student who excels in their field outside of the school and this year, the trophy was presented to Caleb Cameron.

The Arts Assembly also provides an opportunity to showcase the wonderful talents of our students  through performance and readings, as well as displaying numerous  visual art works around the hall.
