If parents have concerns with their son’s learning and wish to contact their son’s teacher, the easiest way to do this is by email.

It may be appropriate to organise a meeting if needed.

You can find the email address in the following ways:

• the school website www.timaruboys.school.nz has a full list of staff and email addresses under MENU/ABOUT US/STAFF, 
• having your son login to his school Gmail account and typing a teacher’s name and the address will appear 
• contacting your son’s conferencing teacher.

The school does not expect parents to wait until a conferencing date to voice any concerns they have.
