The TBHS Trapshooting team competed in the Aoraki School Shoot on Sunday 12 August.

They performed really well, but none of the boys were in medal contention this time. They are looking great in their new ‘Back Road Jerseys’ which were generously donated by Farmlands Kurow, Fairlie and Timaru. The boys felt that the team deserved to look great after starting the season so well several weeks back, with Harry Smith winning Ist place in the Timaru Inter Collegiate School Competition - quite an achievement for a Year 9 student.

Some of the parents made some inquiries, and the idea of a team jersey was decided upon. Farmlands was approached and they were happy to get in behind our team. There are still some inter-school competitions left and Nationals are in the first weekend of the upcoming holidays.
