Timaru Boys' continues to be fortunate in having input from our Old Boys who are willing to share their skills and expierience with both staff and students.

We were very lucky to have a visit from Dr Mark Payne on 12 February. Mark is an Old Boy of TBHS (1990-1994) who is now working on studying the effects of climate change on our Oceans as an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark. He spoke to the Year 13 Chemistry and Biology classes about his journey from TBHS to where he is now and what we all can do to solve the global warming crisis. 

His presentation was well received by students and certainly gave them something to think about!
