The 2016 season has begun well with the school again fielding eleven teams in competitions,

The 1st XV are in the Crusaders University Championship. So far this team has had three good victories and a loss to the strong Christchurch Boys’ team. 

We have two teams in the local U18 competition and to date, with these teams currently placed first and second. The game between the two teams was a highlight in the season so far.

In the U16 grade we have four teams, two of these - the Pumas and Lions - are in the top three teams while the Colts and Tigers are also not too far off the pace.

The U14.5 grade has been close with all our teams having good moments and improving each week. The Jaguars currently are the best of the four teams.

We also had a great Club Day at Alpine Energy Stadium where all our teams played against each other.
