- Regular Inter-Club fixtures (uniforms supplied)
- Training with qualified coaches available
- Events: running, walking, throwing and jumping - catering for all abilities

Venue: Opihi College Sports Grounds (Guild Rd)
Time: 6:15pm
When: Monday nights - Term 4 and Term 1
