TBHS — August 14, 2019
The Aoraki Secondary Schools Badminton Championships were held on 13 August.
Timaru boys' entered five teams of four into the A, B and C grade. All the boys played well and represented the school with pride.
Over the day, they played four other teams in their pool.
Our C Grade team of Will Tayler, Innes Hanrahan, Ned Milne and Thornton Hellewell showed grit and determination, coming 3rd in the grade.
The A Grade team of Meet Barot, Josh Cameron, Sasuke Kameyama and Jag Singh ended up just missing out on the play off for 1st and 2nd due to a set count back. They played Mackenzie College for 3rd and 4th and came away with the win.
