John McGlashan Junior Summer Exchange

Unfortunately due to injuries to a couple of McGlashan players, the Tennis was not able to be played this year.

In the Cricket ,Timaru batted first in the 40 over match and compiled a competitive 186. Leading the way for TBHS were Fletcher Rhodes 42, Ollie Linton 36 and Eli Kerse 23

In reply, John McGlashan started strongly passing 100 only 2 wickets down at the halfway stage of the run chase. A TBHS fightback led by Linton 3-51, Lucas Histon, Reece Burtenshaw and Rhodes all claimed two wickets apiece saw the match come down to the final over and McGlashan dismissed for 182 to give TBHS a 5 run win.

The Touch Rugby was dominated by a strong McGlashan side who won both the opening games comfortably and drew the 3rd fixture to emerge 2-0 winners overall.
