Term Three has started well for many of us in Thomas House with most of us now back to true normality, something that was interrupted by Covid-19 at the end of Term 1.

The beginning of Term 3 saw a number of new, key staff members join the Thomas House family.

John McGlashan College took overall honours by 8 wins to 4 with two drawn fixtures in the annual exchange played in balmy conditions in Dunedin on Tuesday 11 August.

Otago Boys' were too strong across most of the sporting codes in the annual exchange played in perfect winter conditions in Timaru on 4 August.

Timaru Boys' has recently started a Video Gaming Club.

TBHS staff are grateful to a group of entrepreneurial senior students who have set up a cafe for two days of the week.

Timaru Boys’ High School will hold its annual school Workday on Friday 25 September. Junior students (Years 9 & 10) across the school will be seeking paid employment for the day.

South Canterbury Pony Club is interested in running a dressage and jumping interschool competition, to be held at the Waimate Knottingley Park.
