Aoraki Secondary School Swimming Championships

Timaru Boys’ High School had four students attend; Alex Tudgey, Lachlan Crawford, Geunwoo Kim and Isaac Boorer-Lilley.

The team won the senior medley relay and came second in the freestyle relay. This was a very good result as Isaac, a junior, swam in the senior team.

Other results were:

Alex Tudgey - 1st in the 50 backstroke, 1st in the 50 butterfly, 1st in the 100 butterfly and 2nd in the 50 freestyle.

Lachlan Crawford - 2nd in the 200 individual medley, 2nd in the 100 breaststroke, 3rd in the 100 individual medley and 3rd in the 100 butterfly.

Geunwoo Kim - 2nd in the 100 backstroke, 2nd in the 50 breaststroke, 2nd in the 50 backstroke and 3rd in the 100 breastroke. 

Isaac Boorer-Lilley - 3rd in the 200 freestyle, 4th in the 50 freestyle, 4th in the 50 butterfly, and 6th in the 100 breaststroke.
