Two teams from TBHS competed in the Aoraki Basketball Championships last Wednesday.
The Junior A side went unbeaten, winning close games against Waitaki Boys’ and Ashburton 1. Timaru Boys’ has not won this competition for many years so it was a very good effort from the team.
The B team also had a good day losing only one game in the B Grade. The only loss was in their first game against Mountainview High School which was decided on a last second shot
