Aitken and Waters Cup Day

Is the final house event of the year and will normally decide the winner of the Inter-House bragging rights for the year!

With the girls competing against other houses in Football, Hockey, Ki O Rahi, Netball, Badminton, Volleyball, The TGHS Quiz, and Wearable Arts it is a fun day of inter-house rivalry. On the line is also the Aitken Cup for Netball, the Waters Cup for Hockey, and the Sherwin Cup for Soccer.

This year we introduced a color run taking place of the road race and also bubble soccer with the staff taking on the Year 13’s. From the pictures taken on the day both were a huge success. Our Year 12 Leadership students ran both of these events and did a fantastic job.

The results were once again close. All eyes were on the stage for the Wearable Arts at the end of the day to see what house would take out the Aitken and Waters Cup Day.
