Year 9 Camp at Raincliff

Jodi Johnson and Anastasia Skilling - February 25, 2019

On the 7th and 8th of February, all of the Year 9’s, some teachers and the Peer Support leaders, attended camp at Raincliff.

The 45 minute drive felt like hours, especially while sitting down. As soon as we arrived we were all rushed into an activity involving going through the scout camp to find hidden words on cones. Once we had discovered all the words, we designed a skit using these words. After lunch we got to swim down in the river. About half an hour later some of the girls who went to the river got to go on a walk. When all girls returned to camp we all got a chance to do whatever we wanted until dinner. We all took part in a quiz after dinner. On the Friday, we participated in fun activities in our form class groups. Overall it was a great camp and we had fun. Thank you to all of the staff and Year 13’s that made our camp happen.
