South Canterbury Pathways Expo

Jo Shaw —

Our Year 11 students recently spent an afternoon at the annual South Canterbury Year 11 Pathways Expo.

The event was aimed at exposing students to a wide range of industries, excite them about their own future pathways and help empower them to make informed and meaningful decisions. The Pathways Expo is a speed networking event and it was attended by over 30 local businesses and approximately 800 students from all.

A huge thank you to the following businesses: Antarctic NZ, Oceania Dairy, Connected, South Canterbury Aero Club, KPMG, MITO, Alpine Energy, Sanford, Silver Fern Farms, Thompson Engineering, New Zealand Defence Force, Ara/Te Pukenga, Young Enterprise Scheme, Pye Group, Bleeker & Weith, McCains, Aeronavics, Barkers, Resene, Vetlife, Scarlett Hydraulics, Apex Water, Fonterra, Timaru District Council, Pleasant Point Primary, NZ Fire & Emergency, Timaru Police, BCITO, Te Whatu Ora South Canterbury, Farm Source, Multicultural Aoraki.
