Tertiary Applications

There are still Scholarships open and I do encourage Year 13 students to apply for these. I am happy to proofread and edit applications if the students share them with me in plenty of time. Check out the following page for more information: https://timarugirls.careerwise.school/page/1

Application are also open Tertiary accommodation and I recommend that students apply before the end of August.

The University & Polytechnic Liaison Officers will return throughout this Term to sit down with students to help plan their first year of Tertiary study. It is important that students attend these sessions if they are applying for Tertiary study next year.

Course Selection Evening

Our Year 10 to 12 students and their whanau are invited along to our Course Selection Evening on Thursday 12th September from 5-7pm. This is an opportunity to talk to Teachers in the different curriculum areas in order to help students choose their subjects for 2025. We will also have some outside tertiary providers set up in the Library, including Ara, University of Canterbury & University of Otago.
