The PTA had their March meeting last week and are working on setting up sponsors for this year’s Grocery Grab which will be held in Term 2.

It was very successful last year raising more than $4,000 despite being deferred twice due to COVID and we have high hopes of an increased profit this year. 

So far this year we have successfully supported a Year 9 student during her transition to TGHS through our scholarship and continue to work on streamlining PTA processes for future committees allowing more time for ideas and less time for paperwork. 

We have three new members of the PTA this year, which is awesome, and we are always on the lookout for anyone interested in contributing to any degree they are comfortable with. 

We are off to a great start this year with a motivated and cohesive team. We look forward to continuing to support TGHS students and their families throughout 2021.
