Last week we had our first meeting since before Lock Down began.

There is an exciting fundraising event on the horizon so keep an eye on the school's Facebook page to watch this unfold. 

The PTA are committed to contributing annually to the following:

• The Year 10 bus for school camp
• A teachers 'wish list'
• We are also in the process of setting up a scholarship for a Year 9 student. The nominations for this scholarship will be recommended by Principals of the Primary schools around the Timaru district.

The PTA has a small team of enthusiastic helpers but we are always on the lookout for more. If you can spare an hour a month to attend the monthly meeting we would love to see you.

The next meeting is to be held in the Staff Room at TGHS at 5:30pm on Thursday 20 August, 2020.
