A range of exciting things have been happening across the TGHS Careers space this term.

We have had visits from tertiary providers including Ara, UC, Victoria University, Otago Polytechnic, Queenstown Resort College & PIHMs. Next term we have Otago University and the NZ Defence Force visiting. These are great opportunities for students to learn about future study and employment options.

The Gateway students have all completed First Aid and Workplace Health and Safety courses in preparation for their work placements that will begin next term.

We had the privilege of listening to TGHS Old Girl (Class of 2021), Rebecca Squire, talk at Assembly recently, about her experiences completing a Chemical Process Engineering Degree at UC, alongside an internship with Z Energy at Christchurch Airport.
