New Road Patrol students

Office Admin Titirangi School —

Thank you to our new Year 6 Road patrollers

Last week we had Constable Carl in school, to train the second group of our new Year 6 road patrollers.

Thank you to the community who stopped, and waited patiently while all the children had a turn with the signs and calling the all-important safety calls.

Please be patient and kind with our children who are up on road patrol every morning and afternoon rain, hail and shine. We appreciate the service they are doing for our school.

Drivers, please continue to use the Drop Off Zones correctly (by not leaving your cars unattended and moving on promptly) as this allows the traffic flow, making the school gate a safer place for all our precious tamariki getting to and from school.

Please use the turning bay which is about 40m down the road from the school on the left or loop back through Woodfern Cres if you need to head back towards the village. U-Turns by the 2min zones are super dangerous and we've seen several accidents and near misses when they happen.

Please take care of yourselves and our community - thank you!
