Collect the trading card set and so the summer reading challenge to win awesome prizes!

The term is fast ending and hopefully we are heading into an awesome bout of summer weather.

The Titirangi Library has been working out of a bus for the last 6months and will continue for a few more months into 2026. It has been a bit of a challenge to run our usual holiday events, but we think we have come up with some cool options.

We love seeing our families when they come on the bus to pick up their requests or grab books off our shelves.

These summer holidays we want our kids to enjoy and keep reading.

Our team have come up with a collection of exclusive trading cards for kids to collect when they pop on the bus, do one of our bus stop challenges or share what they’ve been doing and reading over the summer break. Kids do not have to have signed up to Raumati Reads to collect cards.

Auckland Libraries Raumati reads for ages 5-12 years is back with the chance to go into the draw for some very cool prizes.

Kids can sign up on the bus with a parent or guardian and collect their reading booklet with their very first trading card included.
