🏉Sporting Superstars! Hakula Tournament

Office Admin Titirangi School —

We are so proud of the outstanding effort and determination shown by these young sporting achievers.

Being an Achiever can look like many things at TPS.

On the league field it looks like these boys!

They took part in the Hakula Tournament - A Rugby League tournament where they represent their culture. With a crowd of 30,000 people watching at Mountfort Park, it was a huge day!

We had Archer and Hudson Booth representing TĂŁmaki Makaurau Maori in the Rimu U11 and KĹŤkako U6.

And we had Alex, Lochlan and Carlos Brown representing Samoa in the Leona Toa U9 and Tamaiti toa U6

It was a highlight seeing Hudson and Carlos face each other in one of the games!

Congratulations boys we are so proud of you and for showing our school values on and off the league field!

If your child is achieving something special outside of school, we’d love to celebrate it!

Whether it’s sport, music, dance, or any other area of interest, we can share their achievements on our social media, newsletter or in our internal daily notices to help inspire others and build connections within our school community.

If you’d like us to feature your child, please get in touch with Suzanne.
