What is Playball?

Playball, is the popular multisport program, and is run in childcare centres, community centres and schools throughout our area and nationwide. Coaches come into our centre where Children participate in the 40min class once a week in age specific teams of 10:1 ratios and a specialised coach.

Playball coaches are foundation phase specialists. The program specialises in fundamental movement skills and the basics of 8 different sports. Most importantly the Playball team fosters a love for sport, movement and getting active! They always have a lot of FUN while developing a host of necessary life skills (physical, social and emotional) along the way. Self Control, confidence, gross motor skills, turn taking, working together, following instructions, perseverance, supporting teammates to name a few!
