ANZAC Day at Titirangi RSA
A group of students from Titirangi School's Room 15 and Room 18 had the opportunity to represent our school at the Titirangi RSA ANZAC Day commemorations.
During the service, the students performed the beautiful hymn "Hareruia" and participated in the solemn laying of a wreath. This act of remembrance honoured the courageous men and women who served and made sacrifices for our country.
The school community is incredibly proud of these students for demonstrating our school values of Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga, and Ako Tahi so respectfully. The dedication and hard work of Priya and Dana in preparing the students through rehearsals and practice sessions were instrumental in ensuring their participation in this significant event was a success and the school extends its gratitude to them.
We would also like to acknowledge the photographer, David Prentice, for the beautiful picture of the poppies, used in our article.
