Senior School Speech Finals
Our senior students have spent the term focused on building their oral language and presentation skills, with each student either reciting a passage or writing and delivering their own speech.
We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the presentations. It was clear how much hard work went into them, making it a very tough decision to choose a winner from each class!
The excitement continued last Friday at our oral presentation finals. It was a wonderful event, and our finalists—Mae, Vida, Sienna (Year 4), and Sophie P, Vienna, Alex, Sophie Y, Ruby, and Zevvy (Year 5/6) did an amazing job at presenting to a large audience.
Their topics were so creative and memorable, covering everything from the importance of being brave to the funny side of farts, and even a hilarious take on penguins ruling the world.
A special thank you to our judges: Andrea, Mr Chatfield, Mrs Helwes, and our guest judge, Dinesh, for taking on the difficult job of judging our finalists presentations.
And a massive congratulations to our winners, Sienna and Alex!
