Mid-Year Learning Conferences 2025 - Online Bookings are Open

Our Mid-Year Learning Conferences are a valuable opportunity for students, parents, and teachers to come together and talk about how things are going at the halfway point of the school year. It’s a chance to connect, celebrate progress, reflect on learning, and explore how we can support your child’s learning journey both at school and at home.

These conferences are most beneficial when students are part of the conversation. We strongly encourage tamariki to attend alongside their whānau, so they can celebrate their learning journey and feel proud of their progress.

Of course, we also understand that there may be times when you’d like to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you’d prefer a one-on-one conversation, please get in touch with the teacher to arrange a convenient time.

Mid-year reports will be sent home prior to the conference. This will include information about your child’s current learning level and their next steps.

Booking Information:

• Years 2–6: Tuesday 24 June, 3:30 – 5:30pm

• Years 1–6: Thursday 26 June, 1:00 – 6:00pm

• Room 2 (Year 0/1): Conferences will be arranged directly with Ms Ishida.
