Congratulations to our talented team of 26 gymnasts who put on a fantastic display of strength and grace at the recent Interschool Gymnastics Competition!

Last week we took a team of 26 girls to the Interschool Gymnastics Competition at Waitakere Gymnastics. The girls had a fantastic day out, showing enthusiasm and performing their routines beautifully on the floor.

In each of the three divisions, there were up to 50 individual competitors and 11 teams. The standard across the event was exceptionally high, with a large number of experienced gymnasts taking part. Despite this our girls rose to the occasion and performed with strength and grace. We are so proud of all the girls for their hard work, dedication, and fantastic representation of our school.

A special congratulations goes to two of our gymnasts who earned top-eight placements in their categories:

Penelope Heaphy (Year 5): Placed 7th overall
Marlow Smith (Year 6): Placed 4th equal overall

Given the sheer number and high caliber of competitors, these results are a fantastic achievement.
