What a wonderful afternoon celebrating the opening of the Titirangi Celebrity Sketch Exhibition at Crafty Baker. It was especially lovely to see so many of our "celebrities" there in person, and sharing the celebration with them

Room 8 at Titirangi Primary School had the wonderful opportunity to take part in a special art lesson with the incredibly talented local artist, Jill Perrott. You may have seen some of Jill’s beautiful work displayed around the village.

During the lesson, the children sketched some of Titirangi’s much loved local personalities from librarians and hospitality staff to special members of the Titirangi School community, and even some of the local animal life we know and love! Room 8 worked incredibly hard on their artwork with Jill’s guidance, and the results are something to be proud of.

If you didnt make the opening, don’t worry—the exhibition will be on display throughout the entire month of August.

We hope to see many of you there as we celebrate our young artists and the wonderful Titirangi community that we’re so fortunate to be part of.
