Room 2 and 6 learnt some new Samoan Phrases and cooked up a Samoan feast!

Last week was Samoan Language Week. Room 2 and Room 6 joined forces to learn some basic Samaon manners. We learnt the word for please - fa'amolemole, and thank you, fa'afetai. We practised these phrases in our classrooms and used them at every opportunity we could. On Tuesday afternoon, we spent some time in the kitchen making sapasui. Tamariki also spent some time building fale out of Lego and colouring in more Samoan Phrases.
