At the start of this month, 24 students squeezed into fully loaded rental vans, and headed to the hills for Kavanagh's annual ski camp.

We stayed at the Otago Ski Club on Coronet Peak, which meant the chairlifts were just a five minute walk away.

The visibility wasn’t great on the first day, and it snowed a fair bit, but then opened up to beautiful clear skies and fresh powder on the second day.

There was a good mix of advanced with first-time skiers and snowboarders. Pretty much everyone graduated from the "magic carpets" and onto the chairlifts.

We all had a great time, and we can’t wait to see you there next year!
