Houses
The entire school is divided into 4 houses (groups), for school events that build unity and teamwork. You will be placed into one of these mixed-age houses automatically and you'll stay with the same students the whole time you're at our school.

Rice (Green)
McAuley (McAuley)
Dominic (Red)
Nagel (Yellow)
Your house will be printed in the top corner of your timetable. Some events will ask students to wear their house colours, such as Athletics Day and Trinity Day - so if you have a t shirt in your house colour, keep it!
Each house has its own history, team colour and was named after someone who was very involved in Catholic education. The houses compete for a prize throughout the year and build school spirit, so please get involved.
(Yes, we know that using the word 'House' makes no sense here, it's nothing to do with a building people live in - NZ English is weird sometimes!)
