The team had been training very hard with our guest All black coach Nehe Milner-Skudder and were looking forward to implementing some of the skills they have been working on.It was a great team effort with all players stepping up on defense.The forwards carried the ball well and were ferocious at the breakdown, which created great go-forward ball. This allowed our backs to effectively penetrate the gallant St Peters defense and set up a very good victory. We are very much looking forward to the Taieri and Mt Aspiring interchanges later in the year.
