Calling all high school hoopers and jumpers. Jump specific training to help elevate your game.

Year 11-13 program runs two sessions per week for 6 weeks and is our most comprehensive age group program we have designed to date. Sessions will involve entry level plyometric training along side specific strength and resilience exercises to help progress a durable and powerful athlete.

The Year 9-10 program is once a week where we lay the foundations to help build you into the most athletic jumper possible. With a big emphasis around jump and land mechanics these session will help prepare you for the demands of your spot and set the platform for you to progress to more advanced plyometric movements.
