Information on School Accounts have been outlined below to help you plan for the year ahead.
School Accounts
School Accounts can be accessed via Edge on the computer or using the Edge App on your Smart Phone. The instructions on how to download Edge are attached in this newsletter. This is a great tool for monitoring your child's absences, accessing their record of learning, viewing their daily timetable and making payments.
School payments
Attendance Dues are payable to the Roman Catholic Diocese (separate to Trinity Catholic College). Details on Attendance Dues for 2025 are attached in a separate article in this newsletter. Please do not pay your Attendance Dues to the school bank account.
All other fees are payable to the School. These fees may include:

Class Trips
Class additional resources
Camps
Sports Trips
Stationery purchased through the school
Textbooks
Extra Curricular School Activities
Formal
Uniform Sales
Canteen
Additional Uniform Items available for purchase in the School Office
The School has a supply of the following new uniform items (not compulsory but very handy!)
Sunhats $25.00
Beanies $25.00
Scarves $37.00
Sports Socks (for Hockey, Rugby and Football) $10.00
Jackets (very small sizes only) - $40.00
Sports Skins (short) - $30.00
Sports Skins (Long) - $35.00
If you would like to purchase any of these items, then please come and see the staff in the school office.
Training Tops Orders
Training tops can be ordered from the School office. Short ($30) or Long Sleeved ($35) tops perfect for throwing on over your Sports Uniform. These can be printed with names on the back. If you would like to order a Training Top, please come and see Anna in the school office. Please note, there is a 2 week turn around for orders.
It is a really good idea to start an Automatic Payment to help you to pay for fees charged throughout the year. $15.00 per week is a good indication of what you will need to pay to ensure that all fees are covered by the end of the year.
