Trinity’s 2025 Musical - “Back to the 80s”

Auditions for the main roles in the musical took place last year, but you can still be part of the show by signing up for the Dance Group, the Ensemble, or the Tech Crew. The musical is open to students at all year levels.

If you would like to be considered for the Dance Group, then you need to sign up here by 5pm on Sunday 9 February and attend the dance audition on Monday 10 February 2025, 3.30pm-5.00pm, in the Auditorium.

If you would like to be in the Ensemble (chorus), then you need to sign up here by 5pm on Friday 14 February 2025. There is no audition needed to be part of the Ensemble. Being in the Ensemble involves singing and dancing as part of a group.

If you would like to be considered for the Tech Crew, then watch out for the sign-up form that will be sent out later this term. Signing up for the Tech Crew does not mean that you will automatically be part of the Tech Crew. We only require a limited number of people for this, so we will be selecting the Tech Crew from those who sign up.

The musical performance dates are 16-19 June 2025 (Week 8 of Term 2).

Here’s some information about rehearsals.

Dance Group

Mondays, 3.30pm-5.30pm (starting Week 4, Term 1)

Sundays, 1pm-4pm (starting Week 8, Term 1) - this may be extended in Term 2 as we get closer to the performance dates

The Dance Group may also be required at a few Thursday rehearsals (3.30pm-5.30pm)

Ensemble

Sundays, 1pm-4pm (starting Week 8, Term 1) - this may be extended in Term 2 as we get closer to the performance dates

Plus - Monday and Thursdays, 3.30pm-5.30pm from mid Term 2
