On Thursday, March 13th, the year 7 & 8 students had a special opportunity to have an hour-long session with some Highlanders. They had an amazing time playing team-building games and drills, they also got some free merchandise from the players!!
They started with some questions, followed by a passing drill and a game of Octopus.
Secondly, they had a close game of touch, with a score of 2-2, Man of the match goes to Jack Burke with a stunning intercept try!
Thirdly, they played kickball and once again it was a close match but bibs came out on top!
Finally, they played Rob the Nest, followed by a great game of Dodgeball, coming out as a tie for both teams.
They then got some signed merchandise and got great feedback from the Highlanders.
