Parent-Teacher Interviews (Year 7 - 13)

These interviews are for your child’s subject teachers. Please note that Year 7 – 9 Integrated Studies teachers will not be available as they held their interviews on Thursday 13th March.

Parent-Teacher Interviews will be held on Wednesday 2nd April and Thursday 10th April in person in the College Gymnasium. We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

On both Wednesday 2nd April and Thursday 10th April school will finish early at 1.30pm for all students. Buses will be running at the usual times on both these days and the Canteen will not be open for lunch.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers. Bookings will be open from 9:15am on Thursday 13th March and will close at 11:50pm on Monday 31st March for interviews on the 2nd April, and will close at 11:50pm on Tuesday 8th April for interviews on 10th April.

Please note that Mr Harris will be unavailable for interviews on Thursday 10th April so please book any interviews with him for the 2nd April.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

You will be emailed a copy of your booking schedule the day before interviews.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews.

Block 1 - 2:00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break - 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
