Graduate Women Otago celebrates International Women's Day

On Friday 7th March, five of our Senior Students from Trinity Catholic College had an opportunity to attend this breakfast, where Anna Grimaldi was the guest speaker. Anna was truly inspirational as she talked about her life story, how she went to Bayfield High School and started athletics quite late as a 16 year old, and then had a rapid rise to success. Anna then talked about the many challenges along the way. She felt so lucky at the Paris Olympics to have so many people watching her sport, and talked about how exciting that was.

What an amazing opportunity for our senior students to attend this breakfast and to hear Anna speak.
