Entrepreneurial Edge Students Showcase Business Acumen
Last week, students in the Entrepreneurial Edge option showcased their creativity, teamwork, and business savvy through an exciting series of mini-stalls. These budding entrepreneurs turned their ideas into reality, crafting detailed business plans and devising effective marketing strategies to bring their products to the school community.
The mini-stalls were set up during lunch breaks, creating a vibrant and buzzing market atmosphere. Students offered a wide range of products, demonstrating their innovation and keen understanding of customer needs. From handmade crafts to fidget toys, the stalls were a hit, attracting enthusiastic support from peers and staff alike.
Through this hands-on project, students gained valuable experience in business planning, financial management, and customer service. They also developed critical life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, which will serve them well.
In keeping with the spirit of giving back, a portion of the profits from the mini-stalls will be donated to Motor Neuron Disease New Zealand.
