The Homestay Coordinator, Kimberly Cross, is likely to be the first point of contact for any issues. A member of Trinity Catholic College's staff is available 24/7 to support host families and students.

Students must have the facilities required to be successful in their school work, and this will often require online work completed at home, including Zoom/Google Classroom and other digital tools.

Please discuss your house rules and expectations on the first day of your student's arrival - the expectations of a NZ home are probably quite different for them.

All international students are covered by comprehensive medical insurance, but there are many things that can feature as part of NZ health care that could be unfamiliar to you.

Our international students are encouraged to take part in extracurricular and social activities, so this is likely to require transport around Dunedin.

There are extremely strict rules around driving in New Zealand for international students in secondary schools - these rules are made for student safety.

Any queries about daily school routines should come to the International Director, and queries regarding payments should come to the Business Manager.
