What an epic day we had to run the competitive cross country! Great to see so many students pushing themselves and stepping outside their comfort zone. Year 5/6 were extended to run 2km, which was two laps of the course; that steep hill really challenged even the better runners in the pack. Special mention to William for continuing to run even though he’d fallen and lost his shoe, what amazing perseverance. Overall a fantastic day, fingers crossed we can get more students competing in the 2023 Cross Country. Results are as follows.
