Last week Koru had a great trip to the Island Bay Marine Education Centre to learn about coastal habitats and the creatures who live in them. We met Dr. Victor, who taught us all about Wellington's coastal habitats.   He took us to the aquarium where we got hands on with creatures that live on our rocky shore. We got to meet octopus, crayfish, turtles and lots of big fish. Some of us even fed the fish with mussels.
