What a beautiful morning it was on Monday 2nd August to mark the start of Cook Islands Language Week 2021.

This year’s theme for ‘Epetoma o te reo Māori Kūki ‘Āirani – Cook Islands Language Week is ‘Ātuitui’ia au ki te Oneone o tōku ‘Ui Tupuna which means, connect me to the soil of my ancestors.

We loved being part of the PCC flag raising ceremony then having our very own ceremony back here at school.  We also had a fantastic performance from our Performance Group on Thursday 5th August with Chaedyn.
