After our recent community consultation we are now currently looking at rebranding at Tītahi Bay School which includes our school vision. From our community consultation it was clear that our KURA values are loved and our vision is due a refresh. This week our School Board, Leadership Team, Ngāti Toa Rangatira representatives and some whānau came together to ideate the things that are most important for our tamariki. The four biggest ideas that came out were:

• Connection - whānau, friends, kaiako, community

• Change - adapting to our changing world

• Bringing people with us - collaboration, included, involved together

• Identity - whakapapa, knowing ourselves

The hard part is now synthesising these ideas into a vision statement so if you have any ideas or contributions, feel free to email our tumuaki.
